What are the order processing and delivery times?
Non‑personalised products: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Personalised products: Since these items are made to order, they ship within 3 business days.
Customers in Greece typically receive their order the next business day after shipping.
For international customers, delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
How long does embroidery take?
Every personalised piece is crafted with special care just for you.
Please allow 3 business days for embroidery and preparation before your item is shipped.
We take great pride in making sure your custom details are stitched to perfection.
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
- If you're located within the European Union, all duties and taxes are included in the price — you won’t have to pay anything extra upon delivery.
- For customers outside the EU (such as the UK, US, or other international destinations), import duties or local taxes may apply. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are not included at checkout.
- U.S. customers typically don’t pay duties on orders under $800, but we recommend checking with your local customs office for the most accurate information.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct tracking link to follow your parcel’s journey.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns for non‑personalised products that meet the
following conditions:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition, with all tags intact
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part

Can I exchange an item?
Yes! We’re happy to assist with exchanges for non-personalised items that meet our return conditions.
If you’d like to request an exchange for a different size or a product of equal value (subject to availability), simply email us at info@evangelisse.com with your order number and your request, we’ll take care of the rest.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, please contact us at info@evangelisse.com within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, and we’ll cover all return shipping costs if the issue was on our end.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping within Greece on all orders over €100.
For orders under €100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! International shipping is available to select countries via DHL Express.
Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my personalised order after checkout?
Unfortunately, once a personalised order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, as production begins right away.
Please make sure to carefully review your placement, spelling, font, and thread colour before completing your purchase.

How should I care for my Evangelisse sleepwear?
To keep your sleepwear soft, beautiful, and long-lasting:
- Wash inside out on a cold, gentle cycle
- Use mild detergent
- Do not bleach
- Hang to dry
If needed, iron on low - but avoid ironing directly over embroidery.
