At Evangelisse, we are committed to creating sleepwear that’s thoughtfully made just for you. Due to the customised nature of our products, we only accept returns for non-personalised items under specific conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
As each personalised item is uniquely made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Items that have been embroidered or customised with initials, names, or any other form of personalisation
Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
We kindly encourage you to double-check all personalisation details – including placement, spelling, font selection, and thread colour – before placing your order, as orders are processed exactly as submitted.
Eligible Returns (Non-Personalised Items Only)
If you purchased a non-personalised item, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition, with all tags intact
The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order
Items must be free from stains, odours, or signs of wear
Exchanges
Personalised items cannot be exchanged
Non-personalised items may be exchanged for a different size or product of equal value, subject to availability
Items must meet the same condition requirements outlined above
Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect, faulty, or damaged due to an error on our part
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:
Contact our Customer Care team at info@evangelisse.com within 14 days of receiving your order
Include your order number and the reason for your request
Once approved, we will provide return/exchange instructions
Use a trackable shipping method when sending your item back
Please note: Evangelisse is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for eligible non-personalised items
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
Funds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
