Evangelisse Returns & Exchanges

At Evangelisse, we are committed to creating sleepwear that’s thoughtfully made just for you. Due to the customised nature of our products, we only accept returns for non-personalised items under specific conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

As each personalised item is uniquely made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been embroidered or customised with initials, names, or any other form of personalisation

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

We kindly encourage you to double-check all personalisation details – including placement, spelling, font selection, and thread colour – before placing your order, as orders are processed exactly as submitted.

Eligible Returns (Non-Personalised Items Only)

If you purchased a non-personalised item, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition, with all tags intact

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be free from stains, odours, or signs of wear

Exchanges

  • Personalised items cannot be exchanged

  • Non-personalised items may be exchanged for a different size or product of equal value, subject to availability

  • Items must meet the same condition requirements outlined above

  • Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect, faulty, or damaged due to an error on our part

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Contact our Customer Care team at info@evangelisse.com within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Include your order number and the reason for your request

  • Once approved, we will provide return/exchange instructions

  • Use a trackable shipping method when sending your item back

Please note: Evangelisse is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for eligible non-personalised items

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Funds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
