Returns & Exchanges

Personalised items: Not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-personalised items: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • With all tags intact

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or faulty item).
